Elves Falath EVO: Cutting-edge aerodynamics accessible to all competitors
The Elves Falath EVO embodies the ultimate evolution of the brand's aero design. Compared to previous generations, its lines have been sculpted to slice through the air even more efficiently thanks to a taller and thinner down tube, combined with redesigned seat stays that reduce rear turbulence. The sloping profile of its top tube simulates an aggressive, lowered cockpit, while guaranteeing excellent power transfer with every pedal stroke.
Thanks to internal molding technology EPS with latex bladder, the interior walls of the carbon are perfectly smooth and homogeneous, which eliminates weak points and maximizes the structural rigidity of the bottom bracket and the head tube. Featuring full internal cable routing (with cables running at 100 % inside the optional Orome AeroEvo handlebar and frame), The Falath EVO boasts a sleek aesthetic worthy of pro peloton machines, while adopting modern and durable standards such as the T47 threaded bottom bracket.
Premium Carbon Construction: Use of Japanese Toray T800 and T1000 carbon fibers, 3K reinforced in high-stress areas (bearings and bottom bracket) for tensile strength far superior to conventional carbon.
UCI Homologation: Officially certified by the International Cycling Union, this frame is fully approved for all official road or criterium competitions.
T47 Bottom Bracket Standard: Say goodbye to PressFit creaks; the frame adopts a T47 threaded bottom bracket, praised by the community for its ease of maintenance and universal compatibility with Shimano (24 mm), SRAM DUB, or 30 mm spindles.
Generous tire clearance: Unlike traditional aero frames which are often limited, the Falath EVO accommodates tires up to 700 x 32c, allowing you to lower the pressure for increased comfort and grip on rough asphalt.
Groupset compatibility: Ready to accommodate 10, 11, or 12-speed mechanical or electronic drivetrains, whether Shimano Di2 or SRAM AXS.
The frame is exclusively dedicated to disc brakes (Flat Mount).
Weight of the frame alone: From 1,005 g (size 46/S) to 1,260 g (size 61/4XL) depending on the chosen size. (Technical specification: Measurement taken on a raw, unpainted frame without metal parts, with a tolerance of plus or minus 30 g).
Peripheral weight: Fork at 415 g,
250 g carbon aero seatpost.
My review of the seller
Elves Bike has built a strong international reputation in the segment of so-called "Premium" or "direct-from-factory" Asian carbon. Rather than positioning itself as a simple unbranded "generic," Elves operates as a true structured manufacturer with strict safety certifications (ISO and UCI standards). The brand shines through its unbeatable quality-price-performance ratio, offering modern technologies at a price much lower than that of traditional industry giants.
Transparency and commitment
5-year warranty: A particularly reassuring cover regarding the setting, proof that the manufacturer is confident in its carbon layering method.
Safety standards approved: The framework fully complies with European safety requirements EN 14766 and international ISO 4210-6:2023.
Excellent customer follow-up (WhatsApp/Email): Discussions on Reddit and Chinatown highlight the responsiveness and kindness of Elves' regional agents, facilitating the choice of size or the customization of paintings.
High-quality paints: The aesthetic finishes upon delivery are unanimously praised for their brilliance (chameleon reflections, glitter) and chip resistance.
Elements to anticipate
Demanding assembly technique: Fully integrating the 100 % cables into the cockpit requires solid bike mechanics skills (or the help of a patient bike mechanic).
Deadlines and remote after-sales service management: Due to the lack of local physical stores everywhere in France, communication is conducted online and the shipping of specific spare parts can sometimes take several weeks.
Who is the Falath Elf for?
The Elves Falath EVO is designed for rollers, sprinters, racers (criterium, FFC, UFOLEP) and triathletes looking for marginal speed gains without emptying their bank account. Its revised geometry offers a slightly higher front end than some pure time-trial bikes, but it remains a bike with a distinctly sporty character, ultra-rigid at the bottom bracket. On the other hand, it will be less suited for the cycle tourist looking for a very upright position, or for the pure climber looking to shed every last gram for the major Alpine passes.

My product review
The Falath EVO is an undeniable success for anyone looking for a modern, aerodynamic custom build. It delivers the ultra-rigid, lively, and responsive performance of professional frames sold for three times the price. It is one of the best aero frames on the market for putting together a unique bike with a striking look and top-tier performance.
Its force majeure
Unbeatable price-performance ratio: Available for under €1,000 on the market (excluding shipping options or cockpit).
Impressive lateral rigidity: Excellent power transfer during sprints and out-of-the-saddle accelerations.
Modernity of standards: Threaded T47 bottom bracket, Flat Mount brakes and 12×100 / 12×142 thru-axles.
Increased comfort for aerospace: Compatibility with 32 mm tires greatly softens the bike's behavior on grainy roads.
The limits to accept
Vertically firm behavior The architecture of the massive, high-rigidity carbon tubes filters out shocks less than an «endurance»-style bike.
Maintenance complexity: The 100 % internal passage in the sleeves increases the time required when changing the direction of the roller or adjusting the stem.
Weight on the upper end of average: Its very pronounced aerodynamic profile makes it slightly heavier compared to pure climbing frames (like the Elves Vanyar).
