How to measure your inseam?

Barefoot, back against the wall Spread your legs slightly (5 to 10 cm). Stay straight against the wall.

Place a book between your legs Slice upwards, firmly pressed like a saddle. Keep it horizontal.

Measure from the floor to the book Use a tape measure. The distance from the floor to the upper edge of the book = your inseam.

Record the value in cm Example: 82 cm. This is the measurement you will use in the calculator below.
