TRIAERO ICAN BIKES
GRARO
The ICAN Bike brand is a manufacturer specializing in carbon frames, wheels, and accessories in large quantities for direct distribution. Ican bikes sold bicycles under their own name a few years ago. Recently, a rebranding happened and the brand TRIAERO out of the woods.
The Graro model fits into this logic of offering a carbon frame and fork intended for gravel, with great specifications, fairly broad compatibility (groupset, tires) and a modern design (internal routing, T47 standard, etc.).
In this article, we will review the Graro: its technical characteristics, its specific features, and what users think about it, before finishing with a useful FAQ for your audience.

Reviews of the Gavel GRARO
Cons:
Proprietary seatpost
Tires up to 45mm that can block some
Requires good assembly skills to avoid voiding the warranty
Pros:
Excellent value for money
Interior build quality often praised
Internal cable routing, sleek design.
Multiple mounting points for bags, fenders, and water bottle cages. It is designed for bikepacking.
Appreciated “modern” gravel geometry, capable of being used for road/gravel mixing.
Sufficient tire clearance for gravel (45mm) which also allows for shapes close to a road bike.
Compatible 1x or 2x
Verdict: Don't hesitate any longer for your next frame
In short, the ICAN Graro stands out as an excellent base for a gravel bike with a carbon frame, especially if you have a moderate budget and are willing to build it (or choose the components) yourself. It checks many boxes: high-end carbon, T47 bottom bracket, UDH derailleur hanger, 45mm tire clearance, reasonable price. For serious road/gravel use, it is entirely relevant.
However, if you are looking for total comfort or an ultra-versatile setting, this one might make your life difficult.
Is the ICAN Graro suitable for bikepacking or long mixed road-trail rides?
Yes: it offers numerous mounting points for bags/fenders/bottle cages, as well as a tire clearance compatible up to ~45 mm, which helps increase comfort on trails.
However, for very large tires (>45 mm) or extreme off-road riding, it may reach its limit.
Is the frame compatible with a 1x or 2x drivetrain?
Yes, according to the product sheet, the Graro is 1x or 2x compatible. However, be sure to carefully check the chainring choice and shifter/derailleur compatibility depending on the specific setup.
Should we be concerned about the quality of a «factory direct China» frame like ICAN?
Like any “direct” brand purchase, there are advantages (price, specifications) and precautions: some users have noted that the finish is very decent, so if you want to get into assembly, it will be perfect!
